Many times we have had to deal with emails that go like: Hey! I sent you an email two days ago and I still haven’t heard from you. I need your input ASAP!!! Can I give you a call? Regards, Sometimes followed a few hours later by others like: Ms. Tane, I find your lack of response disrespectful and you are putting the project at risk. We should be re-evaluating our current engagement model and consider if our collaboration continues to make sense for both parties.
